To Study /Or The Study Of : Residential dwellings for the purpose of identifying
defects or deficiencies. To inspect a dwelling for a real estate transfer process.
Knowledge of residential dwellings in the way they are constructed or developed
beyond the standard methods by accumulating vast knowledge of known methods.
Pursuing/studying multiple aspects of dwelling construction.
“ HOUSEOLOGIST”
A Houseologist is one whom is proficient and qualified to inspect a dwelling in
a professional manner by providing a findings report as related to an inspection of
a said dwelling/structure/building/tenant space. A person who has been awarded a
Doctrine in residential dwelling inspection through experience publishing and passing
the Doctrine exam as dictated by the (NHI) = National Institute of Houseology.
An expert whom is able to explain conditions and/or causes of residential defects with
vast knowledge from experience. A doctor of residential dwellings.
